[He's mindful not to get too lost one way or the other, physical or mental, as he wants--needs to experience both as much as he can. He picks up the pace and feels along the cord, the vibrations reverberating through his mindscape then refocusing back onto it. The flame that extends far beyond their perception right now but the origin of his end of the cord flares up, hot and brilliant, trying so desperately to reach through that darkness and see the rest where it fades.]

[ Whereas Spock is quickly becoming lost to both, Jim's hand and Jim's mind pushing him closer to sweet mindlessness. He's already so close, Jim's proximity alone intoxicating. Coupled with the pitch of the cord now singing through his mind, it's not long at all before he comes in Jim's hand, spilling himself over his fingers, his mind full of white sparks as the orgasm washes through his thoughts, flooding into Jim's mind as well. ]

[The orgasm seeps into his mind, blinding white overtaking his mind as would his own--not quite to that level due to lack of the physical but the pleasure was undeniable, leaving him breathless, hand in Spock's hair relaxing its grip. The link between them is still giving off sparks though, coming back down from the orgasm much more slowly than his body. Thoughts slowly bleed back into his mind, registering Jim's question slowly. It's still another moment ot two before he can respond, breathless as he does. ]

[He pulls back a bit and puts both of his hands at the back of Spock's neck to get a proper look at his face.]

[ His lips are parted slightly while he still catches his breath, eyes lidded from the pleasure. His face and ears is also still flushed, the green traveling down his neck as well. But he looks straight into Jim's gaze, meeting it evenly. ]

[Now that was a sight he would store away in his mind for a while. He's awed and simultaneously turned on in equal measure. He locks eyes with Spock and grins--he's the reason Spock looks this way.

He leans up and lazily presses his lips to Spock's mouth, grin not entirely gone.

You look good like this.]

[ Spock returns the kiss with more enthusiasm than that, escalating it by nipping sharply at Jim's mouth. I will defer to your opinion in this matter, he intones almost playfully, leaning down more heavily onto Jim, his thigh pressing against his hardness. Yet you remain unsatisfied ... ]

[Trust my opinion on this one.

Further smartass remarks though are cut off as Jim bites back a groan, suddenly very acutely aware of how tight his pants are. There's a slight jerk of his hips.

What are you going to do about it? His tone is challenging and playful with a tinge of impatience right back.]

[ With another sharp bite at Jim's lower lip, Spock teases lightly, If you would allow me sufficient time to recover, I could then ... "jump" you. ]

[There's a sharp intake of air at the bite as he continues the kiss. It becomes more heated but now he's grinning into it, extremely amused.

...Not bad. You pick things up quick.

He brings one hand up to run his hand through Spock's hair.

Depends on how long you want. Can't guarantee I'll be patient enough to wait. ]

[ I would, of course, keep you preoccupied while I recover. As if to demonstrate, Spock trails his mouth down to Jim's neck, continuing his nips there. He also continues to press against him, moving his knee just enough to keep a subtle level of friction.

He doesn't forget the mental side of it either. He reaches along their link, searching for Jim's side of their bond. It's not fully joined like this, not without a full mind meld, but Spock can seek out its origins in the tangle mess Jim showed him before. It's easy for him to find the cord among the other emotions and memories he has tangled there, the cord shining brighter than the others. He encircles it with himself, stroking along the cord as one would a new stringed instrument, feeling along the strong before causing it to sing. ]

["Of course."

His teasing subsides though as his attention shifts, tilting his head back to expose more of his throat. He unabashedly grinds up against Spock, becoming more needy by the second.

Jim really wants to experience the full meld like this, to feel everything, cord uninterrupted between the two of them. As it stands though, the cord is humming, warming with Spock's presence so near and sending waves through him at Spock's ministrations.]

[ He radiates patience at Jim, it'll come soon enough. He distracts him further, caressing the cord, making it vibrate under his mental caress. He chooses the resonance like this, can control how much it affects Jim, to stimulate down his nerves or for it to pool low in his belly. He chooses the latter for now, deepening the pitch of the cord, slowly building more heat in Jim. ]

[Jim isn't so much soothed by that vague promise with patience as he is distracted by the touch.

He groans and curls his fingers along Spock's neck, blunt fingernails digging in. Jim struggles to communicate mentally--

--Cheating...

But the protest is lost in the echoes of his want more, need this that permeate his mind.]

[ With Spock's presence so close in his head like this, the feedback loop is immediate and intense; he'll feel the waves of pleasure as if Spock's hands were on his own neck, nails digging into his own skin. He plucks at the cord this time, the vibration he pulls from Jim more profound in its intensity, ringing through his whole mindscape. It sends sparks and fire down along his nerves.

At the same time, he bites more firmly at the junction of Jim's shoulder and neck, his teeth digging in hard enough to leave a mark. The unmistakable message of Mine— is carried by that vibration, laying claim to Jim's entire being. ]

[He gasps with the pain that causes equal parts pleasure, breath shuddering with the full body shiver that courses through him. The intensity of the feedback loop of pleasure in the mindscape that radiates outwards to feel nearly physical is approaching overwhelming and the possessive gesture adds to the heat building rapidly at his core. Yours if you take me is the challenge that arises but at its very core radiating strongly and connected to their cord is the emphasis on yours.

His hips jerk again--a small part of the back of his mind is telling him he can't be finished off mentally, he just can't.]

[ Spock eases from the cord at that, hearing that almost plea. But with another smug-feeling nip, he replies, You can. And you will. Though perhaps at a later time ...

He shifts his mouth to the other side of Jim's neck then, mouthing and suckling there while one hand drifts down to Jim's pants to undo them, cool fingers brushing low against his belly. He continues to caress along the cord, keeping the heat in Jim at a hot simmer rather than at boiling, savoring his reactions. ]

[His breath hitches again at those words, morbidly curious now if only because he now knew Spock could. He'd of course been building up to it but he wasn't actually sure--

His thoughtstream is interrupted by the cool hand at his lower belly, his muscles instinctively contracting at the cool touch. He bucks his hips impatiently to make up for less mental stimulation as Spock lets up on the cord.]

[ He's deliberately slow, taking his time with the button and zipper of his pants. He leans back, shifting his position slightly and removing his knee so he can pull the clothing down and over Jim's hips, using only one hand in order to keep the other in contact with Jim. ]

[Jim nearly whines at the sudden loss of most of the contact. Jim props himself up on his elbows to see what the hell this was all about. The heat is starting to ebb slightly.

He barely manages to choke out impatiently:]

Spock.

[ He just cocks an eyebrow down at Jim, still tugging at his pants. ]

You do wish for sexual intercourse, do you not?

[Jim never thought he'd hear the words "sexual intercourse" and actually be turned on but here he is. ]

You could have said--or thought something.

[And now he goes to help Spock take his own pants off.]

You would have discovered my intentions soon enough.

[ But Jim will be able to tell that Spock has recovered by now, as hard as he was previously. Once the pants are off the bed, Spock leans over Jim once again, this time settling between Jim's legs. He balances on the bed on one elbow to lean in close enough to kiss Jim deep and hard, his other hand drifting down to Jim's hip. The renewed contact widens their link once more, Spock going directly for Jim's side of the cord, already caressing there. ]

[He's about to snap something back but then his mouth becomes occupied--very occupied. And he would have then done it mentally too had the link not suddenly opened up more to the cord being provoked by Spock. It's much quicker to brighten this time.

He's thoroughly enjoying Spock taking control, spreading his legs a bit wider to give Spock room. He's having problems waiting though as he wraps one hand around the back of Spock's head to pull him ever closer, the other reaching down between them to palm Spock's arousal once again. Jim is pleasantly surprised at how little time it takes Spock to recover and files that information away for later.]
